Your safety is our #1 priority and we’ve put COVID-19 safety procedures in place which follow the latest government requirements including screens, visors, masks and hygiene systems to ensure you have a safe, enjoyable visit…


Duty of Care

To protect everyone within the salon we are asking team and guests to please stay at home if you are showing any signs of being unwell, including high temperature, everyday coughs or colds. Please also respect social distancing guidelines by keeping a 2 metre distance from other guests and team members.


Payment for Services

For hygiene reasons we will no longer be accepting cash payments. All payments will need to be by chip and pin, Apple Pay or contactless – thank you.

There will also be a small PPE charge and price increase due to current circumstance. We hope you understand.

We will no longer be accepting tips added onto cards, but we will have cash-only tip boxes available.


Your Salon Visit

We have been making changes to our operational systems to ensure we are as safe and hygienic as possible throughout your visit.

We have taken particular care to review our housekeeping and cleaning procedures, including sanitising all the equipment we use. Our team has undertaken specialist training regarding sterilisation. PPE will be worn by both staff and guests.

We ask all guests to adhere to/note the following regarding their future visits:

  • As we will be restricted on waiting space, we request that you do not bring anybody with you at the time of your visit.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment – if you are late, we may not be able to see you.
  • You will be asked to wait outside until we are ready for you.
  • Magazines and newspapers will not be available.
  • We will have a limited cloakroom, so please keep belongings to minimum and, where possible, leave unnecessary items in your car.
  • We will be offering water from our water dispenser with disposable cups.
  • Our team will be wearing the required PPE during your visit. Please wear a mask to your appointment. We have a limited supply of disposable masks available should you forget.
  • We shall be forwarding a questionnaire following any bookings made, please make sure to complete and return this ASAP so we can give you our full attention when we see you. Please provide an updated email address on this form for Track and Trace.
