Jane
Salon Director
Jane loves pushing her limits and all things endurance. You are most likely to see Jane out running or cycling up on the South Downs.
She has a passion for education and her speciality is Short haircuts and bobs.

Salon Director
You will find Liz at reception along with her sidekick Alfie. Ask her anything about Clarins Products or any of the fabulous treatments we offer.
She loves nothing more than spending time with the girls and her grandchildren.
Katie
Receptionist
Katie has now joined our reception team while she focuses on finishing her level 3 at college. She loves socialising with her friends and going to festivals

The most important man in our lives. He loves a treat and you will find him pottering around the salon or curled up in a ball catching a nap.

Artistic Director / Colour Expert / Educator
Emily has an eye for detail and an extensive knowledge of all things hair. Her calming presence and professional nature mean she is the perfect stylist for those guests who need their hair problems solved, whilst also educating our future professionals
She has a large extended family and loves spending time with them, baking and decorating her home.

Senior Consultant
Our glamorous Penny has been with the team the longest. She loves her clients and her attentiveness and caring nature speaks volumes.
Her passions are her extended Indonesian family and keeping fit. She loves to Salsa.
Jade
Senior Consultant / Colour Expert / Educator
Jade is a ball of energy who has a passion for colouring hair. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she is the go-to stylist if you need that bit of inspiration in your life.
Her biggest obsession is her dog Maggie which involves long country walks with the occasional pub stop!
Odette
Senior Consultant
Odette has previously trained and worked in London & Brighton. With 20 years of experience in the industry, she is well-versed in all aspects of hairdressing and loves a restyle or a daring new look. She loves to spend time with her little boy and socialise with friends and family.
Izzy
Apprentice
Izzy has always had a passion for hairdressing and is now really proving her worth in the pruners team. In her spare time she loves seeing family and friends and walking her dog Gizmo. We look forward to seeing the next steps in her progress.
Lily
Apprentice
Meet our newest apprentice Lily. She has been working with the team as a Saturday girl for over two years so you may have already met her. Lily is looking forward to beginning her hair journey with us.
Summer
Graduate Stylist
Summer is our newest qualified stylist and is also studying her level 3 at college. You may have seen her around the salon as an assistant but she will now be offering model services to perfect her amazing skills. In her free time she loves to take her dogs, Fen, Twix and Moss, on long walks.

Meet nutritional therapist Janine Thornton and her business Medicinal Eating. Janine works right across Sussex and runs consultations in clinics at Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath, but also makes herself available for appointments at Pruners Hair & Beauty.
